(1) Vendor needs to provide lease city property and operation service to the government authority located in Edinburg, TX. – Provide manage and care for the leasehold, all facilities and daily racetrack operations ensuring compliance with all sanctioning body’s applicable rules and regulations, equipment requirements, industry and city safety and housekeeping standards.– Provide sufficient qualified and trained staff, manage events and advertisements.– Provide required financial reporting prescribed by the city, and pay to the city monthly rent plus revenue sharing, fees and charges on a net 30 days basis.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
