Blind and Window Covering and Installation Services

Collin County Community College District (“District”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide furnishing, delivery, removal, disposal, and installation of window blinds and window coverings for facilities located throughout the District. Contract term will be 3 years starting April 1, 2026 and ending March 31, 2029. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, vehicles, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the services described herein. The District makes no guarantee as to the number, size, frequency, or dollar value of projects that may be issued during the contract term. Work will be authorized only as needs arise.
