(1) Vendor needs to provide adult education brochure printing service to the government authority located in Hamden, CT. – Print brochures in the fall 2026 and winter/spring 2027 for adult classes. • 2 printings: – Fall 2026 (First week of August Deadline).– Winter/Spring 2027 (Last week of December Deadline). • Created in: Adobe InDesign at adult education office.• Quantity: 38,000 each printing (price add/minus/1,000).• Finished trimmed size: approximately 8 1/8” x 10 3/4” • Number of pages: 32 pages including cover.• Stock: 50lb CPC #3, Matte #3 or 50lb CPC SCA++ #4.5• Bindery: Saddle stitch and trim• Ink: Cover and Text: 4 color process throughout • Mechanicals/art: supplied on disk or uploaded• Proof: One digital contract proof of all pages for release and a print hard copy• Mailing included: Approximately 36,300 pieces mailed using agency bulk permit postal customer mailing (carrier route sort) label free mailing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
