CC-3933 - USA (California) - 24x7x365 Family Urgent Mobile Response Service - Deadline November 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24x7x365 family urgent mobile response service.– Provide a mobile response system twenty–four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days per week (24/7) for current and former foster youth and/or current and/or former probation youth.– Expected to receive a warm handoff from the Family Urgent Response System (FURS) statewide hotline and provide face–to–face, in–home or in–community supportive services for both urgent and non–urgent calls.– FURS Mobile Response Team shall be available 24/7 and able to provide an immediate, in–person, face–to–face response, preferable within one (1) hour, but not to exceed three (3) hours in extenuating circumstances for urgent needs or same–day response within twenty–four (24) hours for non–urgent situations – Statewide hotline established to receive the initial call from the caregiver or foster care youth (current or former) in order to effectively engage caregivers and youth who are experiencing instability, including tension or conflict, emotional distress, behavioural difficulties, or other difficulties that may threaten their relationships.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 12, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
