(1) Vendor needs to provide online legal research and related products services to the government authority located in Chicago, IL.– Provide online access to a multitude of legal and related databases including and all State and Federal legislation (including legislative history), all 50 State and Federal case law, regulations, agency decisions, Illinois Attorney General opinions, US Attorney General opinions and rulemaking, investigative tools, public records and companies’ financial information, and secondary sources of laws such as law review articles and journals, restatements, treatises, etc.– The database requirements shall include online news services, which, itself, shall include full–textinformation sources from U.S. newspapers within the same day of publication– The Respondent must provide public access to each legal information database and each relatedservice via computer.(2) A pre–submittal conference will be held on July 21,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
