Vendor needs to provide comprehensive legal advice services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.– Provide comprehensive legal services and advice to the city and its departments and bureaus in connection with progressive design–build and other appropriate project delivery systems.– Program is to maximize the production of purified recycled water in an affordable manner to increase and optimize the city’s local supplies.– Advise the city regarding the feasibility, advantages, and risks in various delivery strategies under the agreement, including the inclusion of multiple guaranteed maximum prices.– Assist and advise the city relative to any and all other legal issues you anticipate may arise in connection with the city’s delivery of the project through a progressive design build contract.– Assisting the office of the city attorney in providing as–needed legal advice to the city and its department and bureaus regarding alternate project delivery, assistance in drafting requests for qualifications, drafting requests for proposals, drafting contract documents as well as finance documents.
