(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY.– Attorney to attend all meetings, draft memoranda, correspondence, and other documents relating to actions taken by the board.– Provide legal advice on actions under consideration.– Prepare or review and submit draft regulations and any required forms at the direction of the and perform duties attendant to obtaining approval of proposed regulations and forms.– Attorney may bill for the services of a paralegal or other administrative staff for research or other administrative services for a fee not to exceed the agreed upon fee schedule.– Review draft legislation and the legislative process.– Provide testimony during such appearances regarding the drafting decisions made in relation to such bills or drafts of legislation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17,2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
