(1) Vendor needs to provide workday application management services support. – Deploying Workday across Human Capital Management, Payroll, Financials, and Adaptive Planning, replacing PeopleSoft and other legacy systems.– To retain a qualified, Workday–certified partner to provide Application Management Services beginning on February 1, 2027. – Shortly thereafter, hypercare support from the district’s current deployment systems integrator expires for Phase 1 (HCM and Payroll).– To provide post–go–live stabilization support; ongoing technical and functional support, including security administration, reporting, integration management, and release management; and longer–term optimization and product roadmap guidance across the full Workday footprint.• Application Configuration and Functional Support• Security Administration• Reporting, Analytics and Prism• Integrations Management• Release Management• Extend Development and Support• Service Delivery, Governance and Optimization(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
