(1) Vendor needs to provide fire suppression system.to the government authority located in Douglasville, GA.– Construction Phase1. Maintain on–site staff for construction management.2. Establish and maintain coordinating procedures.3. Conduct and record job meetings.4. Prepare and submit change order documentation for approval of the County.5. Maintain a system for review and approval of shop drawings.6. Maintain records and submit bi–weekly reports and formal monthly reports to the County.7. Maintain quality control and ensure conformity with plan(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on June 10, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.
