ASM-2687 - USA (Minnesota) - Asset Management and Maintenance Project Service - Deadline November 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management and maintenance project service to the government authority located in Minnesota. • Long–term maintenance and asset management service contract to include an initial inspection and re–coat project.• Conduct internal inspection by washout or remote operated vehicle to be determined by owner’s request within 5 years of interior renovation and at minimum every 5th year thereafter.• External inspections every other year.• All inspections will be documented to include pictures, and a complete report is to be supplied to owner to include coatings, structural, safety, security and sanitary conditions• Identify, repair, and maintain the structure as needed, including vandalism• Update any safety equipment or systems as needed for safety requirements for State and Federal compliance
