(1) Vendor needs to provide roofing consulting services to the government authority located in Miami Beach, FL. – Assist the agency in evaluating the condition of roofs at various municipal facilities, providing owner’s representative services during an approved repair /or replacement program and other services.– Provide roofing consultant services for a particular project are precluded from bidding/responding to the competitive solicitation for the design and/or construction of the project.• Roof assessment.• Exterior envelope survey.• Moisture diagnostic scan.• Manage roof preventive maintenance and minor repairs.• Asbestos survey.• Fastener pull out and deck evaluation.• General inspections and assessments.• Aerial assessments.• Project estimating.• Moisture surveys.• Hurricane/severe weather inspections.• Project management.• Wind load calculations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 4, 2026.
