This SOW is an invitation to submit Responses for the provision of Application Services. The Province requires the design, development, testing, implementation, warranty support, and transition of an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-assisted English as an Additional Language (EAL) Benchmark Assessment Application for Kindergarten to Grade 6 to improve the consistency, objectivity, and efficiency of EAL proficiency assessments performed by teachers.
