(1) Vendor needs to provide banking services to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC. • ACH debits and credits: Ability to initiate Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) transactions electronically.• Daily deposits.• Stop payment orders: Ability to initiate stop payment requests electronically through the online banking system.• Employee direct deposits: Ability to process payroll and employee reimbursement direct deposits into employee’s accounts.• Positive pay: Offer positive payment security, including check fraud prevention capabilities.• ACH fraud control: Safeguard its accounts from fraudulent or unauthorized automated clearing house (ACH) activity, including ACH blocks, ACH filters, dual authorization, transaction monitoring and real–time fraud alerts.• Exemplary customer service.• Online banking.• Wire debits and credits: Ability to initiate Wire transactions electronically.• Returned items processing.• Check processing and routing.• Electronic information reporting.• Overdraft protection: Provide overdraft protection on agency accounts.• Collateralization.• Cash and coinage requirements.• Credit card settlements: Provide daily credit card settlements from all major credit card processors.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
