This project includes renovation of Streetscape landscaping along 148th Ave NE, between NE 8th St and NE 12th St. The scope of work includes clear and grubbing, TESC measures, irrigation elements, soil amendments, planting, and mulching. It is the responsibility of the contractor to provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, disposal, service operations, and expertise required to complete this project for the City of Bellevue in accordance with specifications and site plans.
