DEBT-2116 - USA (Albany, New York) - Municipal Fine Collection Services - Deadline July 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal fine collection services to the government authority located in Albany, NY. • Maximize lawful recovery of outstanding judgments while ensuring fair treatment of judgment debtors, preserving the City’s discretion in enforcement matters, and minimizing administrative burdens on City staff.• Review and evaluation of judgments referred by the City.• Investigation of debtor assets, income sources, business interests, real property holdings, and other information relevant to collection efforts.• Assessment of collectability and development of collection strategies.• Bank restraints, executions, income executions, property executions, and other lawful collection remedies.• Investigation of corporate entities, successor entities, alter ego relationships, and other matters affecting collectability.• Conduct collection activities independently and settle, compromise, waive, reduce, forgive, suspend, or otherwise resolve any judgment at the City’s discretion.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
