(1) Vendor needs to provide professional auditing services to the government authority located in Palmer, AK. – Certified public accountants to prepare and audit agency financial statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2026, 2027 and 2028. • Audit, prepare and express an opinion on the fair presentation of its general–purpose financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles and complies with laws and regulations that may have a material effect upon the agency’s financial statements.• The auditor will examine the agency’s internal accounting controls and accounting procedures and render written reports of their findings and recommendations to the finance director.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
