(1) Vendor needs to provide construction engineering and inspection services to the government authority located in Pompano Beach, FL.• Pre–Construction Tasks: Review contract plans and specifications, review contractor schedules, conduct the pre–construction conference, and perform initial utility coordination.• Construction Monitoring Tasks and Project Administration Assistance: Perform daily on–site inspections and environmental reviews, verify Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) compliance, track construction progress, and review monthly progress estimates; conduct progress meetings and prepare minutes; and assist with pay applications, change order reviews, invoice submittals to the FDOT, and the reimbursement process, where applicable.• Close–Out Tasks: Produce the punch list, review final as–built drawings, conduct the final inspection, compile final payment and backup documentation, execute project close–out documentation, and submit the final certification(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31,2026.(3) A non–mandatory pre–submittal conference will be held on August 26, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
