Improvements consist of reconstructing 71 st St with 11-foot travel lanes, curb and gutter, storm drainage, 10-12-foot-wide sidewalk on the west side and 6-foot-wide sidewalk on the east side, replace existing span wire signals at 38 th Ave N and 54 th Ave N with mast arm signalization, and two stormwater ponds.
