(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.• Janitorial services products: paper towels, paper napkins, refuse can liners, paper shredder bags, toilet tissue, toilet seat covers, feminine protection/hygiene products, sanitary napkin receptable liners, hand soap, hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray, disinfectant wipes, waste receptables, and disposable gloves (latex, nitrile).• All exterior and interior doors, door frames, door handles, and light switches should be free of dust, scuffmarks, fingerprints stains, streaks, debris or dirt after using vacuum attachment, cleaning, disinfecting and drying with a clean cloth. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
