(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape design consultant services to the government authority located in West Chester, PA.• Landscape design consultant to support the new County–wide Catch the Rain (CTR) program.• Eligible projects include rain gardens, conservation landscape plantings, canopy tree plantings, and impervious paving removal and pervious paving retrofits. • Conduct 20–30 one–on–one site visits with property owners.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
