It is important that service providers read the attached document to fully understand this project and prepare a more directed bid. Service Providers are responsible for monitoring the USAC EPC site for any updates to this posting. ----- Lake Ridge New Tech School District (the Applicant) seeks to lease lit network capacity to provide an eligible Standalone Data Transmission (WAN) Service between its eligible site and its network head-end, located at the 6111 West Ridge Road, Gary, IN 46408 beginning 07-01-2027. The site to be connected to the head-end are listed below. 1. Hosford Park New Tech Elementary, 4735 Arthur St, Gary, IN 46408 The selected vendor will demarc the service in an existing network closet to be designated by the Applicant. Refer to building map for locations of current service entrance points and desired demarcation points. Building maps may be requested via e-mail to the contact listed herein. For security reasons, this is the only way to obtain these maps. Your proposal should include pricing options for 2 Gbps connections between the endpoint site and the head-end site and should allow for service level changes to be made to any location during the term of the contract. ----- Contract Requirements The Applicant seeks a one-year contract to be coterminous with an existing WAN contract; other terms will be considered. Extension terms and pricing must be spelled out in the proposal. Open-ended, automatically renewing, or "evergreen" terms are not acceptable and will not be considered responsive. The term for this contract shall begin on July 1, 2027, and end June 30, 2028, to be co-terminus with an existing WAN contract. If the service acceptance date is after July 1, 2027, the contract term may be adjusted to expire at the end of the E-Rate funding year at the discretion of the Applicant. ----- Questions/Site Visits No informational meetings or building visits will be scheduled.
