(1) Vendor needs to provide healthcare kiosk staffing initiative service to the government authority located in New Brunswick, NJ. • Providing an array of harm reduction services to staff, stock, manage, and provide technical assistance for healthcare kiosks within the bounds of county and to provide ongoing services to aid in harm reduction within the county.• Increase low–barrier, 24/7 access to naloxone and other overdose prevention supplies outside of traditional social service and healthcare settings in County.• Operating a free phone line service that can be used for kiosk service requests or requests for linkage to care by community members accessing kiosk resources.• Provide interactive overdose prevention and response education using evidence–based public health messaging.• Manage utilization reporting for evaluation purposes.
