(1) Vendor needs to provide on–call moving services to the government authority located in Newton, MA. – Supply all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, and storage to move designed items from various facilities as directed by the agency.– Most of the items to be moved (furniture, boxes, equipment, etc.) will be required to be loaded onto trucks, moved to the appropriate area and off–loaded.– The majority of the moves shall take place between 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday • Examples of items:– All technology and related items– Books– Science department classrooms and prep rooms– Athletic equipment– Classroom furniture and equipment– Auto/mechanics shops– Other miscellaneous shops– Print shops/graphic arts– Cafeterias– Administrative and other offices– Theatre– Photo labs– Music rooms– Bunk rooms(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
