(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relationship management and outreach platform to the government authority located in PA.– Provide new customer relationship management and outreach platform to collect and analyze residential data for our community–based outreach.– Provide community, collecting data for city partnership reporting structures, and tracking clients and engagements.– Perform door–to–door canvassing, phone banking, API integration for text banking, creating and scheduling events and tracking attendance, sending automated emails, data collection, client list building by indicators, public facing online forms, survey creations/script building, bulk uploads and exports, and reporting.– We need the new platform to continue performing these key functions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 14, 2026.
