(1) Vendor needs to provide brownfields community–wide assessment grant professional environmental consulting services to the government authority located in South Tucson, AZ. • Preparing the Community Engagement Plan and updating, as needed• Preparing and distributing outreach and promotional materials• Preparing Brownfields–related content on the City's website• Conducting stakeholder meetings and community engagement activities• Maintaining and updating the GIS–based Brownfields Inventory• Incorporating community input into site prioritization and ranking criteria• Supporting public participation and environmental justice objectives• Facilitation of planning workshops, charrettes, surveys, and outreach activities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 23, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 18, 2026
