EXTRA-72097 - USA (Sarasota, Florida) - Construction Manager at Risk Services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Sarasota, FL.– Security and safety of correctional officers, inmates, and the correctional campus itself shall be paramount in the design of the facility.– All existing campus correctional facilities and security functions shall be operational throughout the project life cycle. The project program shall incorporate design elements and any necessary phasing to accommodate an active campus.– The project footprint is within the City limits. Any applicable city coordination and Major Conditional Use permit requirement may be part of the project program.– alternatives and comparisons versus long–term cost effects, and milestone cost estimating.– Coordination with design team.– Feedback on market analysis of long–lead items and stimulation of bidder interest.– Early or multiple GMP proposals for phased construction may be requested.– Pre–construction services will conclude with either the acceptance or rejection of the construction Phase Services proposal by the County.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
