(1) Vendor needs to provide property abatement services to the government authority located in Glendale, AZ. – Perform property maintenance/clean–up, berm construction, and related earthmoving activities in such a manner that damage is not inflicted on existing grounds, landscaping, trees, utilities, or other structures.  • Trash and debris removal: The Contractor must clear designated parcels of trash and debris, including rubbish, garbage, rubble, litter, junk, scrap, filth, discarded building materials, unsound fences, or other materials.• Weed/grass mowing/cutting• Encampment cleaning• Dead tree and plant removal• Pre–emergent application• Vehicle removal• Fill materials• Pool pumping • Dust control• Trespass control barriers• Soil stabilization(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
