RFP for Lincoln Avenue Bridge Preventive Maintenance

The City of San Rafael (City) hereby requests proposals from qualified consultant teams for environmental and engineering services for the Lincoln Avenue Bridge Preventive Maintenance Project. Services include the complete design and environmental documentation of the Project including, but not limited to: CEQA and NEPA clearance, civil engineering, and federal funding documentation assistance. The final product sought is environmental clearance for construction and construction contract documents including plans, specifications and cost estimates ready for bid. This project may require the expertise of a multi-disciplined team consisting of structural, civil, environmental, geotechnical and other required disciplines to complete the full range of required services. Proposals shall be submitted by consultant teams that have a capable and demonstrable background in the type of work described in this Request for Proposal (RFP). In addition, all interested firms shall have sufficient, readily available resources, in the form of trained personnel, support services, specialized consultants, and financial resources to carry out the work without delay or shortcomings.
