(1) Vendor needs to provide overnight security services to the government authority located in Aurora, IL.• Provide all personnel, supervision, training, equipment, uniforms, communication devices, supplies, transportation, and other resources necessary to perform the services• Evening security officers;• Overnight security officers;• Weekend and holiday coverage;• Relief personnel to cover absences, vacations, and emergencies.• Security coverage of 1 officer between the hours of 7pm–7am when the temporary warming center is activated.• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, volunteers, and visitors.• Preventing and appropriately responding to disturbances, violence, threats, theft, vandalism, and other security incidents.• Enforcing warming center rules and security procedures in coordination with warming center management.• Maintaining accurate and timely security and incident reports.• Monitor designated entrances and exits;• Verify authorization for individuals entering restricted areas(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026
