Description
The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide the City’s Engineering Department (Traffic Operations Section) with LED Traffic Signal Modules, on an 'as needed' basis. This IFB shall be the basis for the establishment of a term Contract between the City and a capable Contractor .
