(1) Vendor needs to provide unarmed school security guard services to the government authority located in Chester, PA. – Provide four unarmed school security guards for high school and farms intermediate school.– Services will support safe, orderly and welcoming learning environments.– Maintain a visible, professional presence and provide routine safety and security support.– Monitor entrances, exits, hallways, common areas, grounds and other assigned posts.– Support visitor–management procedures, including directing visitors and identifying unauthorized access.– Assist district administrators with arrival, dismissal, student movement, crowd management and campus supervision.– Respond to emergencies within training and assigned authority; summon administrators, emergency medical services or law enforcement as appropriate.– Support emergency drills, evacuations, shelter–in–place, lockdown and reunification procedures as directed.– Use de–escalation, trauma–informed and developmentally appropriate practices when interacting with students.– Assist with disruptive situations without independently administering student discipline.– Maintain daily activity logs, post records, visitor or security documentation and incident reports.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
