MRB-56156 - USA (Arizona) - Holiday Lighting, Decorations and Related Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide holiday lighting, decorations and related services. – Produce a comprehensive holiday lighting and decoration plan to be submitted to agency staff for review and approval.  – The plan shall address design concepts, fabrication of custom elements, inventory of agency–owned assets, installation methods, electrical needs, synchronization of lighting and audio elements, inspection schedules, maintenance procedures, removal, and storage. – Design and fabricate custom holiday décor elements consistent with agency approved themes and branding standards.• Installation, removal, storage, and scheduling:– Install all lighting and decorations in a safe and professional manner.– Provide a detailed written installation and removal schedule to the agency in advance of work, no less than thirty days prior to installation or within a timeframe approved by the agency.– Provide secure off–site storage for agency–owned holiday assets when specified.• Maintain all installed décor throughout the holiday season.• Provide sufficient trained staff to ensure safe installation, timely completion, proper programming, and efficient maintenance of all holiday décor and lighting systems.• Provide programmable RGB lighting systems and synchronized soundtracks. Contractor shall provide customizable music selections subject to agency approval.• Provide on–site technical support for the agency’s tree lighting event on the agency designated event date, including programming adjustments, lighting countdown coordination, and audio synchronization as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid conference will be held on August 6, 2026.
