(1) Vendor needs to provide IT professional services to the government authority located in Lansing, MI. – Provide services SUITE framework, follow Agile methodologies leveraging extensive experience in SCRUM methodologies, and practice human center design principles.– Work encompasses maintenance and operation (M&O) activities to support the solution functionality.– Transition or Knowledge Transfer:• Responsible for activities relating to both transitioning onboarding tasks.• Identify contractor personnel and organizational structure, area leads and support that will act as primarily contacts for transition or knowledge transfer tasks.– Maintenance, Development, and Technology Upgrades:• Analysis.• Business requirements definition.• Functional and technical design.– Testing:• Unit or Integration testing.• System testing (i.e., Quality Assurance Testing).• Regression testing.• Performance and load testing.– Incremental Refactoring:• Measurable improvements to the codebase to refine the internal operational design with minimal external (user) impact.• Incremental refactoring, innovation, or enhancement work.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
