(1) Vendor needs to provide senior nutrition program meal service to the government authority located in Escondido, CA.– Menu planning and nutritional compliance.– Meal preparation services.– Procure, purchase, and pay for all raw food items, ingredients, and consumable supplies required for meal preparation unless otherwise specified by the city.– Meal delivery and handling.– Coordinate daily meal counts with city staff and respond promptly to approved adjustments in meal quantities.– Support program monitoring and evaluation efforts conducted by the city or funding agencies.– Delivery and logistics plan.– Providing hot and cold meals.– Meals are ready for distribution or require on–site plating, assembly, or serving.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
