Printing and Mailing Services

The County of Orange, Treasurer-Tax Collector (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) for Printing and Mailing Services. Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein. The intent of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to obtain the necessary information to identify a qualified Contractor to enter into a contract with the County of Orange on behalf of the Treasurer-Tax Collector (“County” and/or “TTC”) to provide the County with Printing and Mailing Services. The County hereby invites qualified Respondents to submit a Proposal to conduct the Printing and Mailing Services. Respondents are expected to provide all the services that fulfill or exceed the requirements and conditions set forth in this RFP.
