The City of Pasadena is seeking a consultant to assist in disaster recovery consulting and emergency management services, including grant acquisition, disaster recovery, and long-term recovery planning services for current, and future emergency declarations.</p><p>This is an emergency procurement for immediate services for the recovery process.</p>",
