– Vendor needs to provide emergency preparedness toolkit and community connections service. – Provide support in creating an emergency preparedness toolkit for residents and planning engagement events to share the resource and created community connections.– Provide content that can be used to refresh the town’s emergency preparedness webpages to include all new digital materials and supporting introductory text.– Request feedback on the web content from the core team and partner organizations that represent priority populations.– Municipal staff will make the updates to the website.– Translate materials into Chinese, Korean, and Japanese.– Work with graphic designer to create polished digital and ready–to–print final products.– Create an outreach plan with the core team that community liaisons will implement to distribute the resources through newsletters, social media, partner organizations, and at community events.– Develop resident–facing emergency preparedness toolkit (e.g. checklists, emergency contact lists, risk mitigation action lists).
