(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic engineering consultant services to the government authority located in Goshen, NY.– Provide professional services as described herein for highway and traffic engineering and regulatory review assistance.– Provide a project management team experienced in traffic, roadway and intersection analysis or design, along with traffic signal operations.– Highway and traffic engineering:– Geometric highway design.– Pedestrian facility design.– Traffic counts.– Signalized Intersection design, analysis, and optimization.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
