(1) Vendor needs to provide watershed master plan services to reflect current conditions, regulatory updates, and revised conceptual improvement strategies to the government authority located in Florida.• This effort will build upon the accepted 2021 watershed master plan and the 2025 supplement and will focus on confirming the continued applicability of previous analyses while identifying practical and cost–effective improvements to the city’s stormwater system. • The update will rely primarily on existing data and modelling, with the intent of avoiding development of a new hydrologic and hydraulic model unless otherwise agreed upon by the city and the consultant.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on August 25, 2026.(3) RFP/RFI/Bid document has not been included.
