(1) Vendor needs to provide cities diplomacy and advocacy consultant service to the government authority located in New York. – Provide consultant to support the development of strategic approach and engagement on global water advocacy and diplomacy.– Supports cities in tackling the dual challenges of too much and too little water by delivering water–safe solutions, mainstreaming multi–sector collaboration, and leading a global movement of city action on water resilience.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
