RFQu #CAARC-0069 - County of Riverside Community Action Licensed General Contractors for Full-Service Weatherization Projects Under $220,000 Prequalification Packet - 2026

Purpose/Background: The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of Community Action Partnership is seeking pre-qualifications packets from parties qualified in General Weatherization Services. It is the intent of this request to secure the services of multiple vendors in an ongoing process to provide needed services Countywide. Program Objectives: To have vendors provide General Weatherization Services throughout Riverside County starting on July 1, 2026. The Community Action Partnership Department may, but is not obligated to, renew and renegotiate contract(s) annually for up to three (3) additional one-year period through June 30, 2029, contingent on the availability of funds and Contractor performance. Program Outcomes: The successful outcome of the program is that all General Weatherization service-eligible individuals have access to programs Countywide. Funding: Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Department of Energy Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (DOE IIJA), Department of Energy Infrastructure Weatherization Assistance Program (DOE WAP), and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) **** PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN ON-GOING PROCUREMENT **** The County will accept proposals for this procurement on an on-going basis, until the County determines it has obtained enough parties qualified in providing Services for the County of Riverside’s Community Action Partnership Department, or funding is no longer available.
