Description

The purpose of this project is to retrofit and enhance the existing Starkey M10 Stormwater Management Facility by improving water quality treatment and maintaining the existing flood protection level of service. Two stormwater treatment ponds west of Tall Pines Dr. and a weir in the Starkey M10 Mitigation facility will be constructed to provide water quality treatment within the Starkey Road Watershed. Open access to the project area is provided via 126 th Ave. N and Tall Pines Dr. This project is being funded by the Penny for Pinellas, SWFWMD and ARPA.
