Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP/RFQ, if any is issued.1.0 DescriptionThe NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Regional Directorate Contracting Department is seeking information from interested contractors capable of secure documents and media destruction services for NAVSUP Headquarters and Business Systems Center at Naval Support Activity Mechanicsburg, PA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, containers, and other resources necessary to securely collect, transport, destroy, and dispose of designated materials in accordance with applicable federal, Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, and local requirements.Please see the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW), which details the types of tasks and deliverables that contractors will be required to perform under the contract.2.0 RequirementsIt is anticipated that this requirement, if solicited, will be under NAICS code 561990.3.0 Requested InformationIt is requested that interested parties respond to this posting via email to [email? redacted] no later than 01:00 PM ET Wednesday, 4 November 2026.
