INSU-6150 - USA (Portland, Texas) - Athletic and Student Accident Insurance Service - Deadline July 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic and student accident insurance service to the government authority located in Portland, TX. • Provide Athletic/UIL and Student Accident Insurance coverage.• Heat exhaustion and heat stroke shall be treated as a covered accident.• Dental coverage shall be included as part of the plan benefits.• Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage shall be included.• The District requires detailed loss run reports for all claims submitted.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
