This Request for Quotes is issued by George Washington Regional Commission (âOwnerâ) to obtain quotes from licensed, qualified and experienced contractors to retrofit and replace a failing septic system at 102 Bell Road, Fredericksburg, Stafford County, VA 22405 with a LOW PRESSURE FORCE MAIN (LPFM) SEWER SYSTEM connecting to the Stafford County public force main located on adjacent Bell Road right-of-way. OWNER is seeking a complete, turn-key construction and permitting project. Proposed work is to include design, permitting, installation, surveying, and one year warranty meeting the Stafford County Department of Utilities Water and Sanitary Sewer Design and Construction Standards dated June, 2024, specifically 4.3 LOW PRESSURE FORCE MAIN (LPFM) SEWER SYSTEMS AND Appendix 8 ACCEPTABLE MATERIALS AND MANUFACTURERES LIST.
