Description

Purpose: This contract intends to remedy violations of the Chesapeake City Municipal Code and Virginia Property Maintenace Codes, through the removal of unlawful grass/weeds and debris from private property under City Code Section 62-2; and to secure against the public entry of structures deemed unsafe on private property by the City of Chesapeake Code Official under Virginia Property Maintenace Code 106, and remove defacement from structures on private property in violation under Virginia Maintenance Code 304.1 and City Code 46-131.1- 131.2.
