(1) Vendor needs to provide underground utility locating services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and transportation necessary to locate, identify, mark and digitize in computer aided design (CAD) format the underground utilities located on the grounds.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) This bid is set aside for total small business.
