(1) Vendor needs to provide graphic design services.   • Idea and concept generation. • Proven layout and spatial skills, as applied to websites and printed matter.• Proven understanding and application of identity (logo • systems and branding). • Sound understanding and application of identity (logo systems and branding).• Photography art direction and editing skills. • Advertising design in print and digital media. • Environmental design (signage, tradeshow displays, banners).• Illustration skills.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
