(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster debris monitoring and waste processing service to the government authority located in Seattle, WA. • Rapidly mobilize significant out–of–state resources to ensure efficient, timely, and sustained emergency response, with adequate staffing, equipment, and expertise to perform all required debris monitoring functions for extended periods if necessary.• Provide proven expertise in tracking, documenting, and managing all aspects of debris monitoring, hauling, and final disposition to ensure the city maximizes reimbursement following an incident.• Maintain the capability to operate continuously, up to 24 hours per day and 7 days per week, when required by the city’s emergency response needs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
