The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management & Budget, on behalf of the Department of Public Safety- Bureau of Animal Care & Control, wishes to establish a Professional Services Agreement with one service provider for domesticated animal detention, care and euthanasia services for “stray” animals captured by City of Pittsburgh Animal Care & Control Officers. Proposals will be considered for all of the services identified in the “Scope of Work” section set forth below.
